Day 360 – Medi Weightloss – Week 51

Well guys, the time has almost come for me to be on my own. I am truly grateful to Medi for being by side for the past year and soon it will be a year! I didn’t make my 100 lb goal but I am working on it and will NEVER give up! I am still experimenting with different diets and foods. So far I think I may go the vegetarian route…lol. A bit extreme I know but after watching What The Health on Netflix I was turned off my animal meat! Bleck! Thought about being vegan but not sure I can give up dairy just yet. lol
